The international training course on the Vienna Document 1999 of the Negotiations on Confidence and Security was finished in Astana

ASTANA. June 9. knews.kz - The press service of the Ministry of Defense reported that the regular international training course on the Vienna Document 1999 of the Negotiations on Confidence and Security, which was conducted in accordance with measures to implement the tasks of military-political dimension of the OSCE was finished in Astana.

This event was attended by military and diplomatic representatives of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia. The experts from the verification center of OSCE of member states (Belarus, Britain, Germany and France) shared their experiences.

Objectives of the course were study of the major provisions of the Vienna Document on the inspection as well as their application in practice in the army.

The practical training on the basis of the capital of military unit number 68665 was conducted after the theoretical part of the course.
