ASTANA. April, 8. knews.kz - Ceremony of inauguration of President Nursultan Nazarbaeva has started in capital, «Kazakhstan news» informs.
«Ceremony has commenced with solemn entering a national flag, the president standard and the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Palace of Independence big hall. The retinue of the head of the state arrived from the president palace «Akorda» at the area before «Kazak Ely» monument. More than 40 thousand inhabitants and visitors of capital gathered there to welcome the head of the state. Also, parade demonstration of armies was put at the area» the press-service of President reports.
Under volleys of artillery salute the head of the state passed to the Palace of Independence. In the big hall of the Palace of Independence chairman of the Constitutional council of Kazakhstan Republic Igor Rogov declared that in conformity with article 42 of the Constitution the president of Kazakhstan Republic is appointed to a post from the moment of bringing the oath to people of Kazakhstan. Nursultan Abishevich Nazarbaev, having assigned the right hand on the Constitution of Republic, has taken the oath:
- Қазақстан халқына адал қызмет етуге, Қазақстан Республикасының Конституциясы мен заңдарын қатаң сақтауға, азаматтардың құқықтары мен бостандықтарына кепілдік беруге, Қазақстан Республикасы Президентінің өзіме жүктелген мәртебелі міндетін адал атқаруға салтанатты түрде ант етемін!
